We ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and will always be shown to you before purchase.

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Europe (including Spain)

  • Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days

USA & International

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email (if tracking is available for your destination).

This ensures high-quality prints and fair, transparent delivery times.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees once the shipment reaches your country. This is rare, however, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your address at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it once the additional shipping cost is paid.

If your order says “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact us at hellogarmshouse@gmail.com so we can help investigate with the courier.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us immediately at hellogarmshouse@gmail.co with your order number. We’ll work with our fulfilment team to make it right.


Pre-orders or Limited Drops (if applicable)

If you purchase a pre-order or limited edition drop, shipping dates will be clearly stated on the product page.
These items may take longer to arrive, but we’ll update you every step of the way.
