Refund policy

Garms.House Returns Policy

Because all Garms.House items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind. Please review the size guide available on each product page before placing your order.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

If this occurs, please email hellogarmshouse@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

If you are unsure about your sizing, please refer to the size guide provided on every product page before purchasing.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

However, under EU consumer law, made-to-order or customised items may be exempt from this right of withdrawal. As Garms.House items are produced to order, returns for reasons such as incorrect sizing or change of mind are not accepted.


Refunds

If a refund is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after the claim has been reviewed.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
